Este año cerca de 150 jóvenes han participado en los talleres de fotografía que se han llevado a cabo en varios países de la Unión Europea y de Latinoamérica a través del proyecto Black Butterfly (ampliando la cooperación entre Latinoamérica y el conocimiento, construyendo unidad a través de la capacitación, el empoderamiento, los recursos, la formación y el aprendizaje para la juventud). El proyecto ha sido creado y coordinado por Everything's Possible y financiado a través del programa "Youth in Action" de la Unión Europea. Everything's Possible es una organización no-gubernamental de Leeds, la cual prioriza el trabajo con gente joven de grupos étnicos minoritarios así como jóvenes que provienen de entornos desfavorecidos y de exclusión, para ofrecerles movilidad internacional y experiencias interculturales. Everything's Possible se ha propuesto juntar participantes de ambos continentes e invitar a jóvenes con menos oportunidades a reflexionar a cerca de diálogos interculturales y distintos grupos étnicos capturados a través de fotografías. Tras el buen resultado del proyecto, que ha sido respaldado tanto por las organizaciones participantes como por los jóvenes, se han organizado exposiciones en sus respectivos países para mostrar el trabajo realizado. En el mes de octubre, representantes de cada grupo se encontraran en un último taller en Uruguay con el objetivo de compartir sus experiencias, promocionar el programa "Youth in Action" y celebrar el éxito de Back Butterfly. De este modo se trata de multiplicar los beneficios de esta cooperación anual más allá del propio seminario. Uno de los puntos a destacar del seminario será la presentación del libro de fotografía oficial de Black Butterfly, que consistirá en una selección de las mejores fotografías realizadas por los jóvenes durante la duración del proyecto. AUDELE es la organización que llevo a cabo en Uruguay las diferentes etapas del proyecto junto a la colaboración de Guildford School.

Ha sido creado un blog para compartir los progresos de este trabajo creativo y mostrar las fotografías y su realización a través de un video, (uno por cada organización participante), así como para mostrar mas información a cerca del proyecto y sus participantes. This year around 150 young people have participated in photo workshops which ran in different countries of the European Union and Latin America through Black Butterfly Project (Broadening Latin America Co-operation and Knowledge, Building Unity through Training, Empowerment, Resources, Formation and Learning for Youth). The project has been created and co-ordinated by Everything’s Possible and funded with the support of the ‘Youth in Action’ Programme by the European Union. Everything’s Possible, a non-governmental organisation based in Leeds, (which prioritises working with young people from minority ethnic groups and also young people experiencing exclusion to offer international mobility and intercultural experiences), wished to bring together partners across both continents and invite young people with fewer opportunities to think about intercultural and cross-ethnic dialogue captured in photographs. As the outcome of project, partners and young people they support, have organised exhibitions in their respective countries in order to showcase their work. In October, representatives of each group will meet during a final workshop in Uruguay in order to share their experience with one another to promote the ‘Youth in Action’ programme and celebrate the success of Black Butterfly, thereby multiplying the benefits of this annual co-operation further on return from the seminar. One of the highlights of the seminar with be presentation of the professionally produced official photo book of Black Butterfly, consisting of a selection of best pictures made by the young people in course of project duration. AUDELE was the responsable organization in Uruguay to make the Black BUtterfly project with the support of Guildford School.
